In keeping with the Spring Lake Neighborhood Association’s (SLNA) bylaws,  each year the positions of board members and five offices are opened. The five officers and all members of the board must be both residents and property owners of Spring Lake. ARTICLE V – MANAGEMENT OF THE ASSOCIATION.

The five (5) officers shall constitute the executive board and represent SLNA on the Spring Lake Subdivision Improvement District (SLSID)'s board.  The  SLSID is a special taxation district  and is comprised of nine-member board .   

The SLNA administers all funds collected and received on behalf of the Spring Lake Neighborhood Association, including, but not limited to the special taxation fees and/or donations.
