General Membership meetings and Board meetings are scheduled in keeping with the SLNA bylaws adopted in 2009 and amended in 2019.  For the convenience of Spring Lake residents, the meeting day of the week and time of the day vary.   

 

Specifically, since some residents have expressed an interest in meeting on weekdays while others have expressed an interest of meeting on Saturdays; and some residents prefer evening meetings while others prefer daytime meetings, meetings will be held at different times.  

 

The Spring General Membership meeting, which occurs during day-light savings time, is held on a weekday at 7:00 pm.  The Winter General Membership meeting will occur in the morning on a Saturday.

Four board meetings are scheduled during a weekday throughout the year.

Additional General Membership meetings and Board meetings may be scheduled as needed.

General Membership meetings will be posted on the marquee at the entrances of the subdivision and on the Spring Lake website.  Also, an email will be sent to all residents in the Spring Lake email database.  If you are a Spring Lake residents and wish to receive email messages from Spring Lake, kindly send your email address to SpringLakeNeighborhs@yahoo.com.  Please include your name, street address and telephone number.
