Dear Spring Lake Resident:
The Spring Lake By-laws Committee has submitted a set of proposed/amended by-laws to the Board of Directors and these proposed/amended by-laws have been unanimously approved by the Spring Lake Board of Directors. In keeping with our current by-laws, the amended by-laws must be submitted to the general membership in writing, offered and read at any regular meeting of the Association, and voted upon at the next succeeding meeting, regular or special which shall be held no sooner than five days after the meeting at which the amendment is proposed.
Therefore, the Proposed By-Laws are being disseminated to all Spring Lake residents via e-mail and U.S. mail. A copy of the amended/proposed by-laws may also be found on the Spring Lake website, springlakeneighbors.org. The following meetings have been scheduled for review and voting on the amended/proposed by-laws.
